Unhappy theplanet retribution

It's retribution because they have already ripped off so much $ from us humble ppl and their tech support + accounting system sucks badly.
It was way much better last time when it was called Rackshack, but now that they have sold their soul to capitalists, so it's no longer a good hosting company.

I am a victim of this incident and i seek refuge in some local hosting here.
Can some kind samaritan provide a colo server space for me?

I understand the feeling when server is down for days but words can be harmful sometimes so I guess you might want to cool down before typing a reply. No one would ever wants such accident to happen, speaking of over 9k servers that is affected.

Its not just down for days, i was forced to upgrade to their new servers which was expensive and they told me i cannot get support if i dont upgrade. Then when i upgraded, they gave a unstable install and i had to fix all sorts of issues for them because they were incompetent. Then i was even billed for migrating to a new server. Those turds.

They also have very poor and slow response in troubleshooting.
In fact 50% of the time, i had to find the solution and fix it myself.
In the end, i took more than a month to just migrate a simple server.
They have simply lost their professionalism and integrity.
Not to mention their accounting system is buggy for many months and i can never view what they charge me until i see it in my credit card!
This will not be allow me to raise a dispute to the credit card company because the statement is already out!
And now i have to fix and face many eractic problems including my customer complains coming up from them?
Now you tell me if you are in my predicament how to cool down?

Normally Co-lo and Dedicated services, the data center don't touch yours server unless it is a manage service.

Even manage service, it still limited to the OS and the most the control panel only.

Let me give some more details its the root control panel, ftp, sendmail, smtp, it all didn't work at all when it was first installed!
Took more than 2 weeks to resolve!
And guess who fixed it?
I had to pay for their mistake?
We are the ones suffering too you know?
They get fire insurance to cover their loss.
Guess what am i using to cover my loss?
